Our menu of services includes site planning, due diligence/zoning research and site feasibility studies; preliminary/conceptual design through construction documents; rezoning efforts and entitlement, infill development, sustainable designs and low impact development; stormwater management and quality control, hydrologic and hydraulic studies to name a few.  

BCA has earned a solid reputation in site planning and land development by producing functional, cost-effective, aesthetically congruous site designs for our clients.  We have built long-lasting relationships with our local peers in the design industry, developers from across the nation, as well as globally oriented design/build firms strengthening our reputation in site planning and development completing over 7000 projects since our start in 1994. BCA is committed to thoughtful, safe and environmentally smart designs in the rapidly growing Metropolitan Nashville area.

BCA has been recognized in Nashville Business Journal’s Top 25 Engineering Firms for over two decades.  Our designs have been included in ULI’s Excellence in Development Awards program since its inception in 2009, as well as receiving recognition from the national publication Engineering News Record.

Our team represents experienced professionals that have collaborated with some of the top architectural design firms in the country, as well as globally-oriented design/build firms.  BCA’s staff includes 11 licensed professional engineers with two earning the accreditation “Certified Floodplain Manager” with the Association of State Floodplain Managers.   

On a local level, BCA has received accolades from our architectural and land development clientele for our abilities to implement creative site solutions to incredibly tough sites and to successfully navigate these challenging sites through the myriad of regulations and governing agencies’ review processes in Davidson, Williamson, Wilson and Rutherford counties.
