The Asurion Headquarters connects The Gulch and Capital View neighborhoods with a new 565,000 sf office space, 8,990 sf of retail/restaurant space and 681,000 sf of structured parking. It encompasses an eight- and nine-story Class A building atop a six-level parking podium for 1,800 enclosed parking lots with portions below and above grade, sky bridges connecting the two buildings.
