BCA provided the demolition and civil site design packages for a new lodge and conference center to include designs for SWPPP, erosion control, grading, drainage, and utilities for two new structures. The Lodge accommodates 85 guest rooms. The conference center includes a banquet room, outdoor pool, and the main lobby. An indoor pool is located at the lower level under the main lobby. The Lodge was designed to meet the State’s High Performance Building requirements.
