Kathleen first joined BCA as an intern and was then hired as a full-time employee upon graduation. As a Nashville native, she enjoys seeing the impact firsthand that her work has on her hometown. She has experience on academic and industrial projects, including the Rutherford County Schools Poplar Hill Elementary, TCAT Lincoln County, and the Tennessee Nature Academy New Campus.
