Renters in one of Nashville’s newest affordable housing communities have a unique perspective — they can see Geodis Park soccer games and concerts from their front door.
And on the other side of the building, there’s the Fairgrounds Speedway. Residents of 445 Park Commons can see it all — plus a view of Nashville’s skyline — from the rooftop clubhouse.
The mixed-use development is the result of a multi-year collaboration between real estate development company MarketStreet Enterprises, Nashville Soccer Holdings and other entities, spurred by a Community Benefits Agreement signed between the Nashville Soccer Club owners and Stand Up Nashville, a non-profit community advocacy coalition.
