After four years of behind-the-scenes work, a prominent local developer unveiled the first piece of a massive Dickerson Pike development.
Nashville-based Holladay Ventures closed on funding and revealed the first renderings of The Opaline, an affordable housing mixed-use development that will rise at 3533 Dickerson Pike, according to a news release.
The Opaline is the first phase of Artist Hill, a 36-acre, arts-inspired development that Holladay Ventures has been planning on the booming corridor since 2021. With funding now in place, construction is expected to begin this month. Read more.
