The first development to rise on Lee Beaman’s former Midtown property is set to open sooner than expected.
Albion Music Row, a 29-story apartment tower, is set to open this spring, according to a release.
Clark Construction began work on the tower in December 2024, when few projects of this scale were moving forward in Music City. Originally planned to open this fall, the Albion team is months ahead of schedule, with move-ins expected to start in the coming months. Read more.
