Professional Civil Engineer/Project Manager

As a professional civil engineer, you’ll be responsible for managing site development and infrastructure design projects. This includes everything from initial planning and budgeting to creating schedules and coordinating with key stakeholders. You’ll work closely with clients, government agencies, and our design team to ensure projects meet their goals. This role will be based out of BCA’s office in Nashville, TN.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
  • Active P.E. registration with the State of Tennessee.
  • 2+ years of experience in land planning and commercial site design.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D.
  • LEED AP certified.
  • Experience in Nashville, TN or the surrounding municipalities.

Civil Engineer Graduate/Engineer Intern

As a civil engineer graduate, you’ll be responsible for supporting site development and infrastructure design teams on a wide variety of projects. This includes everything from design in Autocad, permit preparation and submittal, coordinating with other members of the design team, and assisting with construction administration. This role will be based out of BCA’s office in Nashville, TN.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Autodesk software.
  • E.I. Certification.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Internships in related civil engineering positions.
