DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with firm Principals to develop and implement marketing, branding and business development strategies
- Respond to RFPs/RFQs and prepare supporting qualifications and required materials. Track current proposals and assist Principals in workload projection
- Support business development efforts by tracking future design and construction projects in the public and private construction realms
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, project photography, project sheets, staff resumes and social media.
- Develop a network of marketing professionals in both peer firms and client firms. Be active in relevant professional organizations.
Requirements:
- B.S. in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
- Strong writing and communication skills, as well as knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Organized and self-sufficient, with excellent project management skills, able to work collaboratively with firm leadership and other company stakeholders
- Strong graphic arts abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Self-motivated, team-oriented with excellent communication skills and strong project management skills
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within the AEC (Architectural, Engineering and Construction) industry
PROFESSIONAL CIVIL ENGINEER/PROJECT MANAGER – responsibilities include managing site development and infrastructure design including budget and scheduling management while coordinating with clients, governing agencies and design staff to obtain project goals.
Requirements:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- Active P.E. registration with the State of Tennessee
- 2+ years’ experience in land planning and commercial site design
- Skilled in AutoCAD software (knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D preferred)
- Registered LEED AP a plus
- Self-motivated, team-oriented with excellent communication skills and strong project management skills
