Throughout his more than 40-year civil engineering career, Barry has gained experience in land surveying, construction inspection and design, to project management. He has extensive knowledge of hydrology/hydraulics, flood studies, dams, grading, and water and sanitary sewer design. Barry uses that knowledge, coupled with his background in transportation design, to help municipal and private organizations develop comprehensive and sustainable civil design for their campuses and developments. His past clients include Metro Nashville, Vanderbilt University, and the State of Tennessee.
