Matthew joined BCA in 2021 after previously working with the Tennessee Department of Transportation. Since joining BCA’s site development team, he enjoys using math to solve real-world challenges through civil design. Matthew has experience with Tennessee State University, the Tennessee Board of Regents, and Middle Tennessee State University.
