Preston brings a diverse background in civil, utility, and environmental engineering design. Before joining BCA in 2000, Preston was a member of the adjunct teaching staff at Nashville State Community College in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD). He was also a part of the teaching faculty for Metro Nashville Public Schools’ Adult Continuing Education program.
