BCA provided due diligence study efforts and SP rezoning to obtain 4 additional stories on this 20-story residential tower.  As the civil engineer of record, BCA coordinated survey efforts, designed site, grading, drainage and utility plans, and provided construction administration services for this notable project slated for completion in 2023.
