The Asurion campus headquarters connects The Gulch and Capital View neighborhoods with a new 565,000-square-foot of office space, 8,990 sf of retail/restaurant space and 681,000 sf of parking at Church Street and 11^th Avenue.  It encompasses an eight- and nine-story Class A building atop a six-level parking podium for 1800 enclosed parking lots with portions below and above grade, sky bridges connecting the two buildings at Floors Five and Seven and 8,000 square feet of retail fronting 11^th Avenue.  Construction was completed the last quarter of  2021.
