BCA assisted the developer Ryan Companies US, Inc. with the due diligence, entitlement, design, permitting and construction phases of this new 195-unit senior living facility on One Bellevue Place. Our engineers designed the utility, grading, drainage, site layout, SWPPP and erosion/sediment control designs. Landscape architecture and surveying were also managed by BCA.
