BCA provided the Demolition and Civil Site Design Packages for a new lodge and conference center to include designs for SWPPP, erosion control, grading, drainage and utilities for two new structures.  The Lodge will accommodate 85 guest rooms and the Conference center will include a banuet room, outdoor pool and the main lobby.  An indoor pool was lcoated at the lower level under the main lobby area.  The Lodge was designed to meet the State’s High Performance Building requirements.  Project completed in late 2021 at a construction cost of $40.4 million.
