BCA  joined the design team to assist in the assembling of the land, planning, design and development of Hill Center Sylvan Heights which  includes 20,000 square feet of retail space fronting Charlotte Avenue, a 262-unit four-story apartment building with a dozen townhomes, 14 single-family cottages and a 294-space four-story parking garage.  Project was completed in 2015 at an estimated cost of $50 million.
