Plainview Elementary

BCA provided the masterplanning, mass grading, public and offsite roadway improvements, sewer and water extensions for the entire property covering approximately 150 acres for the current school and the future development of a high school.  Civil site design and construction administration were also provided for the elementary school .

Rocky Fork Elementary

BCA provided the civil site planning and design, to include drainage, grading, erosion control and SWPPP for a new elementary school in Rutherford County. The new elementary school will serve approximately 1,000 students and will be sited adjacent to the Rocky Fork Middle School which opened in 2017.

Rockvale High School

BCA provided the civil site planning and design, as well as significant sitework and off-site roadway improvements on this 50-acre campus.  The two-story school consists of classrooms, science and computer labs, and multiple performing arts spaces with an interior landscaped courtyard.  This project also includes athletic fields, a main and auxiliary gymnasium with locker and weight rooms, a 600-seat auditorium and 165-seat lecture hall, kitchen and cafeteria, library, administrative offices, and mechanical plant.
