BCA was honored to again participate in the construction of this new 34,700 sf residence hall on the historic campus of the University of the South. BCA provided site layout, grading, drainage, erosion control and utilities design for this LEED Certified Silver building. The iconic Gothic architecture, recognizable sandstone facades, and impressive blend between built and natural landscapes continue to set Sewanee apart.
