BC&A was honored to again participate in the construction of this new 34,700-square-foot residence hall on the historic campus of the University of the South.  BC&A provided site layout, grading, drainage, erosion control and utilities design for this LEED Certified Silver building.  The project was completed in 2016.  The iconic Gothic architecture, recognizable sandstone facades, and impressive blend between built and natural landscapes continues to set Sewanee apart.
