The new two-story, 30,000 sf Agriculture Biotechnology Building houses eight new research laboratories in addition to the office suite for the Dean of the College of Agriculture, faculty offices and research offices. The laboratory spaces are arranged in a grouping of four on each level and stacked vertically allowing for an efficient design of mechanical, plumbing and electrical support systems. Services included site grading and utility design as well as incorporating sustainable design elements and bioretention areas.
