Over the last year, Live Nation’s newest music venue The Truth has risen above Wedgewood-Houston’s skyline, brick by brick.
The 4,500-capacity venue, inspired by the words of prolific songwriter Harland Howard, will welcome concertgoers in October at 440 Chestnut St.
“We really think we’re meeting that missing middle between smaller venues of that 800 to 2,000 size, up to the Bridgestone Arenas of the world,” Mickey Davis, general manager of The Truth, said during a media tour on July 21. “What we really like about this space … is this is really designed to bring the artists and the audience close together.” Read more.
