Silo Bend Winner at this year’s NAIOP Awards Gala!
BCA is very excited to be part of the award-winning design team for the 38-acre master-planned community of Silo Bend located in The Nations. Silo Bend was awarded the 2023 development award for Mixed Use Development of the Year form the Nashville Chapter of NAIOP, Commercial Real Estate Development Association

Also included in this year’s honorees and another great project for BCA is 1030 Music Row, Nashville’s first timber-framed office building, nominated for Office Development of the Year.
