Seth joined BCA in 2008 and has nearly 30 years of industry experience. He excels at leading the civil design of both compact urban sites, like the under-construction Motto by Hilton Downtown Nashville and Albion Music Row, and large-scale developments, including the Mars Petcare North America Headquarters. In addition to Seth’s commercial work, he has completed extensive work with the State of Tennessee, namely the R.S. Gass State Lab Replacement Facility, Lodge at Fall Creek Falls State Park, and the Carter House New Visitors Center.
