E. Bronson Ingram Residential College constructed on Vanderbilt University’s campus is one of 20 recipients earning Engineering News Record’s Best of the Best Projects for 2019 out of a pool of 900 applicants. BC&A is so proud to have served as the civil engineering design firm for this project, as well as the two preceding award-winning projects: Ingram College and Warren & Moore Residential Colleges. The 205,000 SF facility houses undergraduate students, faculty advisors and graduate students. Residents have on-site access to a servery and dining room, a great room, and studies and lounges throughout the residential halls as well as access to outdoor social spaces. This impressive collaboration of design expertise has also received the 2019 Palladio Award, the ENR 2019 Best of Higher Education Project, and several other AIA awards.
David M. Schwartz Architects served as the Design Architect in conjunction with Hastings Architecture Associates, LLC as the Architect of Record.
